Super High Foaming Ratio Epoxy Foam Colloid RF-JP128

 

RF-JP128 is an elastomer reinforced epoxy resin based ultra-high foaming rate colloid. The minimum foaming temperature is 100 ℃, and the maximum foaming value is reached at 150 ℃. The density after foaming molding is as low as 40 kg / m3. It is isotropic, good bonding with epoxy prepreg interface. There is no need to apply glue or patch glue. Replacing PU foam, it can effectively improve the coating bulging problem. It is mainly used to prefabricate high closed cell ratio foam core material. It is used for carbon fiber products secondary molding handle, knife wheel, disc wheel, paddle, hydrofoil, UAV and other special-shaped parts.

Use guide: Preheat the mold to 60-80℃, Spray release agent, put the RF-JP128 slice into the mold cavity. Slices need to be spread to each part of the mold, where the cavity is large, more material should be added as appropriate. Closed mold, molding at 150℃ for 5-15min. Then cool to 80℃ to open the mold. Take out the expanded core component. Lay the carbon fiber prepreg on the mold cavity, put the first expanded core part into the mold cavity. Secondary molding, it will continue to expand at above 120 ℃. The secondary mold discharge, it still needs to be cooled to 80 ℃ before the mold is discharged. Painting and baking temperature should not exceed 100℃.

 

Storage conditions: it can be stored at 25 ℃ for 3 months. The storage period below 5 ℃ is 12 months.
